Synthlight, the site owner, is directly in charge of FFR Merchandise. Unfortunately, I doubt you'll be able to get in touch with him. Feel free to try and PM him and find out.
Other than Synth, Lightdarkness would be 2nd in Command. Try PMing him... hopefully you'll get an answer. Beyond those two, nobody has control over the T-Shirts and Stickers.
