Yeah, I saw that. It makes me sad that some kids are actually dumb enough to fall for some of this.
I'm glad to see that the FBI is finally cracking down on this. MySpace has to be the most dangerous place for kids nowadays as far as predators go. It's a shame they didn't start sooner.

It's peoples fault if they put information on there that they don't want other people to see. When parents and teachers at my school started looking at students myspace profiles everyone was like WTF NO YOU CANT DO THAT!?!?! Well, you put the information on there, so some pedophile/sex offender can be reading it at any time. If you don't want your information to get out:
1. Don't post it. If for some reason you fail to do this:
2. Set your profile to private. If you fail to do this:
3. Delete your account. I'm seriously tired of everyone bitching to me about how I don't have a myspace. It's a waste of time, and everyone you can talk to on there you can talk to on AIM or any other instant messaging network.
If you set your age above 18, you lose the privilege(sp) of Private Settings, therefore every underage user who put their age as 98 will be raped in due time.
I actually got a booklet in school about two weeks ago(Sorry about just saying it now) explaining the whole story. Then it the retarded stuff that would make a parent hide their child from the internet like 'Beware! Everyones a sexual predator!' Or 'T3h int3rw3b m4k35 u du/\/\b olololo!!!!111!'
