    Computer Problem 2.0

    So, I finally got everything up and running. Everything is grand except whenever I scroll down a webpage, maximize/minimimize a program, or move the location of a program window even the slightest bit causes my CPU usage to jump up to 100%.

    Everything else runs smoothly. Any clues as to what to do?

      No idea. But I can laugh...ha!

      But are you sure the usage is really at 100 andd that is isn't a software error?

          Wow. I don't know why nobody has banned you yet. But whatever..

          I dont really know what you should do either, Jewpin. You could try asking a computer technician or something, but that would probably cost a lot of money just to talk to them..

              Technically I am a computer technician. (I am getting my A+) But there really is no way to diagnose that problem without being able to use the computer.

                  Problem: Will be solved soon enough.

                  Reason: I am buying a mac. I'm over this window's sh*t.

                  But still, it'll be a few months beore I do buy one. So, I am still open to suggestions.
