Considering the context, I'd venture a wild guess that you are using an IRC or Instant Message quote and Detective and Tooth Fairy are just handles (which are both very common).

Its from a movie my brother made at camp "The Sweet Agony Of The Frozen Summer," which is a mockumentary.
Its about this movie thats being filmed, and the movie thats being filmed is about a killer who is offing holiday figureheads.
The Tooth Fairy is played by a Russian girl. Classic.
