Mozilla did that to me and it wouldnt close so i shut off my comp. and just stopped using it.
Now im using iternet explorer

My IE did that once. I was sitting here on FFR and then like 18 windows popped up really fast and kept coming. I let a whole bunch come up and then erased them. Go with what idontcareaboutmyid said, Clear your cache. Disk Cleanup wouldn't hurt either.

Yeah, same happened to me, Army. I was running IE (when I was da noobs lol ...oh but I still am), browsing a website, and all of a sudden.... BAM BAM BAM BAM! My screen was taken over by a million windows. Totally random. I didn't even click a link, I was halfway through reading the page. Wierd.

Also do a spyware check.
