    help fix my internets.

    So my internet is down.

well, it's down at least every 10 seconds for a second at a time, and i'm pissed off.

I checked my cable to the wall jack.
I replaced my cable to the wall jack.
I shut down and turned on my computer.
I checked the router (D-Link, 1 month old)
I have recently had my ethernet card replaced.

    The system is as follows:

    My computer---Wall jack---Router---Intarnet

the router branches off to three computers, none of which have the same problem.

As for spyware and such, I have run or are going to run Ad-Aware SE, Ewido Security Suite, Norton Systemworks, Spy Sweeper, SpyBot, and Microsoft AntiSpyware.

I have not been online much or to to malicious (in both meanings) websites, just playing Gunbound... a lot.

Yes I downloaded the Windows Update Patch on Jan 6th.

    Suggestions?

EDIT: btw my ISP is comcast upgrade, which is 8megs download. and it's getting worse. 9/10 of the time it says "A network cable has been unplugged", which means I've been waiting awhile for a few seconds of it to work to post and edit.

I've been having trouble with my comcast internet, it's going really slow, I dunno, I think it may be some problems with the snow here, but I dunno.
I used to have trouble like that as well.

How recently did you replace your ethernet card? Maybe you need to double check how properly you installed it.

I yelled at comcast until they came out to my house and noticed that infact they had fucked up.
