I haven't seen a thread on skateboarding, so I am deciding to make one. So... Does anyone here skateboard? If you do post what kind of board you got and if you can a pic or somthing. I have a black label circle flame

If I recall the only people here who still skate regularly are myself and spazzbite. I skate a blank. I dunno about him.

Yeah, I'm a constant skater. I skate Zeroes and Mysteries, light but durable. I used to skate Blacklabel for like 5 boards in a row, then I switched to Girl because I noticed an extreme weight difference immediately, and found I could do a lot more tricks.

You would prefer Girls instead of Blacklabels?

The guys i know in my school skate on a Blacklabel, and they can do really good tricks.

That's what I skate, I'm not very good, my best trick is a primo to 360 flip, and I can only do that on a really good day. I rarely skate anymore unless I'm just screwing around for 10 minutes.

Hook-Ups has served me well for the years past. It's got nice pop and good concave, IMO anyway.

See name. I don't as much as I used to, thanks to soccer and winter in Chicago =\. I did stop for about a year and started back up again about a month ago. I miss it, atleast its snowboarding season so I'm not going to be missing it too badly.

I used to skate but my board was totalled by a truck and I just happend to never replace it..

I skate a Powell Mini Logo (7.75). I'm not too good on street... kickflip, heelflip, shuvit, the occasional varial kickflip. I'm a lot better on a mini ramp... frontside airs, pivots, 5-0s, fakie rock-and-roll to fakie, etc.

I also have this old X-Games deck that I repainted that I use in my room. I can do kickflips, 360 shuvits (I did a 540 shuvit once), body varial kickflips, and I've done a couple 360 body varial kickflips. It's pretty sweet.

Yeah i used to skate for a local skateshop and was on a sponsered team within my town. Mike Vallely was born in my hometown, so I used to skate with him.
I don't skate anymore. Broke my head open. Almost died. I ollied a 6 foot gap to a 7 set and hit a rock before i was able to hit the stairs. Smacked my head on the side of the stairs and ended up shattering my whole left side of my head. rolf. Went to the hospital, and was told i had a 90% chance of dying. Sooo...my doctor reconstructed my head with 8 titanium plates and 28 screw, and i guess it worked. I also had epidermal brain surgery...something with my main artery in my brain ruptured. Soo...after all that I'm as good as new.. My doc said he's never seen anyone in his 40 yr history of working walk away normal after an injury of mine. Ehh...guess im a bit lucky.
I picked up a board a few weeks ago, but it wasnt the same. Before my injury, i was skating prob. for about 7 years..I was pretty decent. I only skated street, but name basically any trick (reasonable, no shit like tripple underflip) and i was able to do it.

Lastly, dont be stupid guys, wear a helmet. It helps. Rofl. XD

Only used 28 screws? Wow. I thought they would use more.

But then again, it would be just right with 8 titanium plates.

I broke my head on my mom and dad's b-day...August 3, 2004
I broke my leg a year before on my brothers b-day.. Feb 19, 2003
I broke my hell a year before that on my sisters bday...April 25, 2002...
Also when i broke my head i also broke 4 ribs and fracture my collar bone.
I dont remember a thing XD...well i mean from the time i fell to the time i was on the way to the hospital, even though i was conscious.

I used to skate real hardcore. Had a real nice Duke's, personalized with a Van's sticker I got with some shoes. One day I learned to ollie. Then I got really cold and used my board as firewood.
