Guido, the main joke was something else. Look at the first work on there (titled "THIS IS MINE").

From what I can gather, someone took a picture from an artist's dA page, removed the copyright watermark, and posted on on 4chan. The artist found out and got angry about it (a lot of anime artists have an art theft problem and some of them are REALLY serious about it).

So, someone made this page as a joke, or to anger the artists... by posting art that was quite obviously modified and pretending to be an art thief. It's kind of sad that people think he's serious. ^^;
