media player error

I used to be able to play FFR Radio on media player version 10 but ever since last week i cant, i get this error C00D11B3 i made sure the proxy streamings settings are correct, i downloaded media player all over again and it still isn't working, any advice?

Firewall perhaps? You're proabably blocking some port.

it is not the firewall, i was able to play the radio last week. could it be the radio is down right now?
