I ate half a sandwich about 10 minutes after i woke up and ive been playing ffr and FF10 since then..so much for repetence but then again i dont really get a holiday seeing as how my school doesnt give today off so i have to stay home and do makeup work just like on Rosh Hashana.

I'm also probably not going to have a weekend this weekend because im going to be spending it all doing makeup work.

Moogy and Bandit: It's not exactly a meaningless holiday (okay, you caught me, it isn't meaningless at all). It's like Easter + some of Lent + Ash Wednesday.

You have to realize that Judaism is one of the few religions that have barely changed since the time of good ol' JC. The Catholic and Christian churches are all out for money and the sort, while the Jewish are still faithful to how they have always been.

I died after 20 hours.
It's funny because last year I could do it all the way.
But my head really hurts ='(
So i broke the fasting =/

I fainted in my sleep, so my mother says.

She made me eat chicken XD

I still have a dizzy feeling though.
I skipped going to temple this year.

My father is winning the fasting contest =D He has.. 3 and a half hours to go.

I haven't had school since last thursday... Teacher strike throughout the whole province, supposed to go on for weeks.

That would never happen in the US...

I've been having no homework since last tuesday(I had last Friday to this Tuesday off due to Columbus Day and school conferences) becuase of the Jewish holidays.

I was wondering if any other schools don't allow homework to be given on these days...
