    lol 10 laps.
Yeah I'm on SUNY Stony Brook's XC and Track teams, freshman this year. I'm not very good yet because I started running my junior year in HS but I have tons of potential according to both my HS and College coaches. I usually run with a certain group, but today the other kids were injured so they did a shorter run, and the only people doing the same distance as me were the to p4 runners so I had to go with them for 10 miles. Very tough

LEGO has done 140 mile weeks.

He's fucking hardcore. But I think he's stopped liking running to an extent...too bad, really. =/

      Signature subject to change.

No. Only consecutive 100 mile weeks. I could do 140 but I don't have the time or correct nutrition. I"m doing 90mpw now because it's the season and it feels fucking easy, though. I hate being forced to double.

I was able to do a 10 minute 2mile even in track after being out for more than 4 months due to a complicated quad injury, but I'm back with a vengeance.

During the summer I did a few 17-20 mile runs. The day after one of these I did a 3mile time trial by myself at 90% effort in 16:10. I will try to get my 5k (3.1 miles) down to 15:50 this coming season. Smoke some bitches, y'know? Shooting for top-10 at the state meet.

The most I've done at once is 20 miles, did that twice. I regularly run for more than 2 hours at a time. Most I've ever done in a day was 21.5

I am stopping running this fall after cross ends because I want to start rock climbing and road biking to an extent. Running also chops your social life into tiny fragments and makes you tired a lot.

There is no better feeling than running a half marathon (13.1 miles) or more at under 7 minutes per mile. Sometimes I go out at night (wait i mean every day not sometimes) and pretend I'm a ninja. Yesterday I ran to my school's track at 10pm and did 1/4 mile repeats for fun.

Yeah so if anyone needs tips with training talk to me or something.

        Losers.

Go stick your head in a blender, I'd bet my life savings you can't run a 9:20 two mile on a track, let alone a cross course. That's around the time most state championships are won in during track. Get off this thread.
