    You're damn right its pointless!!!

    and it was Kansas.

I'll pass on the theory though, while obviously well put together in terms of how teaching religion in science sis beyond retarded, I'll stick with my own religious beliefs and keep my sciences separate from it.

      RE: Re: RE: WWFSMD?

I think it will be far more difficult to make real changes than to just come up with some new religion that could be almost universally agreed upon as ridiculous and wave it around... no offense. =/

I can definately see the point here... that this religion is technically just as valid as most others...

I think the problem is that the US is run by its people and the people vote for stuff... so it's like majority based... not so much principle based... so if more people support having Christianity tought in schools... well then that's how it's gonna go... even if all of them are wrong.

        Yay.

Now we can eat Spaghetti noodles as the body of FSM. And I suppose sauce would be the blood of FSM.

            Just a joke?

I think they're trying to make a serious point about something very real but whatever...

I didn't really find it funny. He approaches the absurdity with too severe a degree of seriousness, making it unfunny due to the fact that the only thing that can be considered funny is the Flying Spaghetti Monster. The rest of the narrative is serious, except for the random pirate graph. Pirates are totally, totally overdone. People need to stop trying to be Maddox.

Some of the merchandise was pretty cool.

God help the world if people are actually trying to be Maddox. I mean, we all know he invented Pirates, and we all know he invented the concept of typing rants IN HUGE FONTS.

Maddox = Pirates? Yes. He over does them.

Pirates = Maddox? Not a chance. He's just an asshole.

Maddox is an idiot who has found fame on the internet by posting rants that are generally in the view of most people... Like, against 1337 Speek and crappy movies. His font is far to large and I used to find him humerous. His old stuff can be funny. Now, it just seems like he's trying to cash in on his own success.

                    It's not working.

PS: He also invented Pirates, apparantley.

None of his "work" is really... impressive or anything. I think many people given his amount of free time could do the same or better... and he writes about weird stuff.

Way too much free time... I think his page owns him, not the other way around.
