Guys, the real thread is in the Garbage Bin
Actually, the real thread is here: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...hlight=ffr+rpg

lol I didn't know who zajac was! XD
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

I would attempt the RPG but I am not too well familiarized with programming skills. I guess I would help with it, but I am with SuicidalMuskrat. I need to know the information and such. Then you would need to get a couple other members to help though. I would guesstimate like 5-10 more people(?). But I don't really now. Just email me if you would be as so kind to give me the info you have already made so then I could see if it is worth my time.

This person gave me a list of programs and I looked at which would be best to use for this rpg.

I found three programs: rpg maker 2000, rpg maker 2003, OGRE 3D

btw: I asked for help on this rpg on another site, so there could be more people that would help that do know how to make a game professionally.

I've used RPG maker 2000, but I never had the time or energy to make an even a halfway decent game.

While my programming skills are nonexistent, I suppose I could help with storyline and NPC development, seeing as how I've been around for quite a while. However, there are probably those that know the community a lot better than I do, but none of them are willing to help with this.

Basically, what I'm thinking is something like Pokemon. You challenge various rival dancers, gain experience to unlock harder songs, maybe accomplishments to open up things like wider timing windows or a more favorable scoring system (for example, getting perfects would score more points than before this achievement), and the "Gym Leaders" would be the real elite peeps like ToshX, Reach, aperson, Gamepro, and of course, the final boss would be Ridder.

Best of luck, especially with finding someone to program it, and drop me an E-mail at [email protected] if you want more in-depth assistance.

So basically you have no experience whatsoever with RPG creation?

I have some experience. I could freaking make one on my own. But that wouldn't be nice. I will give Furry a chance first lol. Anyways, if Rhythym is gonna work on it, I guess I will.
[email protected] is my email yet again. Give me some like legistics and the sorts.

Everybody keeps mentioning programming skills...wtf. Just use RPG Maker. Look in the original thread (linked to in my last post) and find the link to it in there. Moogy told me to remove it because it's not supposed to be free, but somebody hosted it somewhere. Somebody else happened to quote the part where I said it, though, so it's still in the topic.

I didn't know that this idea would go this far. I thought everyone would just think this as nonsenseand just ditch the idea. You people must feel proud of yourself.

btw: seems like the bet is no longer good anymore

                          The bet is still on.

And really Furry_Dude, the idea was long ago and they are resurrecting it. If you were the first to think of it, yes it would be a nonsense and everyone would ditch the idea.

But you saw someone else talk about the RPG and how it didn't work before, so in reality this isn't your idea.

And answer my question, do you wear a suit or look at the pics.

Let's just say that using the word "furry" in your name was a very bad idea.
