After some research (reading the can) I found out that the ingredients in an energy drink (Suger, Caffeine, Guarana, Maltodexterin, Inositol, L-Carnitine, Ginseng, Taurine, Wolfberry, Dragonfruit, and assorted vitamnins) DO replenish more nutrients in your body, but water is far more healthy. Is not the point of an energy drink to make you happy, not healthy? If you want an "energy drink" thats good for you, drink V8. Thats the best you'll get. past that, energy drinks are proven to make you fat after a long period of time. The ingredients usually overstimulate the mind, causing your body to produce extra insulin. Insulin makes you eat more. Eating more makes you a fattier person. ALOT OF PEOPLE DON'T GET THIS SIDE EFFECT FOR A GOOD 4 OR 5 YEARS, BUT IT AFFECTS EVERYONE AFTER AN AMOUNT OF TIME

      You know what I hate?

      People who use "'tis" incorrectly.

And Gatorade and Powerade claim to replenish electrolytes in the body to make for better performance during exercise. Water doesn't do that. Except Propel, but that's not really water.

It's stupid jello water. I hate it. I bought Lemon thinking, you know...it'd taste like lemon. But no, it tasted like Orange Jello. Lemons dont taste like Orange Jello. Bastards.

I would have never thought of jello water. I was always trying to figure out what that stuff tasted like. Thank you lol
I love going to the elementary school, watching all the kids jump and shout, but they don\'t know I\'m using blanks.

Gatorade is officially being searched for the same contents as jello!
                Thanks jewpin, great thought!

Gatorade is the shit. I live on that, I don't care if it's healthier then water or not, it tastes awesome.

mom wouldnt let me have money to buy a monster assault "you dont need that stuff... and pluss, its not made for children" pshhhh what does she know, im not a child, im a teen and little does she know about my plot to stay up for 48 hours straight, so i ask her for money to buy a mt dew livewire, but get a monster anyway... suprisingly tasted like very strong red pop, it gave me a litte heart burn at first, but then i started to notice I was wired for almost the rest of the day... ofcourse it already wore off by the time I'm typing this... or did it? i find it suspiciouse that im typing a paragraph on my day for no apperant reason at 5:50 a.m... oh well, it could be some weird side effect or maybe im just a phsyco... oh well

Most energy drinks, don't have good tastes to them. The thing is, what you give up in taste SHOULD be made up for in energy. Monster tastes almost EXACTLY like Red Bull. The thing is, one Monster gives you the effect of drinking at LEAST ten of them. Which is why Red Bull is not an energy drink, it's crap.

I can think of a few energy drinks that do taste good, though. The first is, of course, Bawls. It's amazing. It doesn't really give me that much energy at all anymore, though. So, the next is Amp. It tastes like a tart Mountain Dew. Which makes sense, since it's from the makers of Mountain Dew. Then, there's the forgotten hero: Surge. It's been out of the market for years. But when it was around, I was wired beyond belief. That could be in part because of my horrifically young age when I was drinking them. But maybe not.

Then, there's Full Throttle. It doesn't have much going for it in taste. But I think it's one of the first good energy drinks that actually is going to have a mainstream, non-energy-drinker market to it. If more mainstream drinks come out to compete with Coke on this one, we'll all win.

Well, I've noticed there are a couple kinds of Monster out there... I'm wondering if they have different tastes or just different strengths. I drank the Monster Assault which tasted almost like redpop, but if they all taste the same then you're saying Red Bull tastes like red pop... which if its that case, I gotta go get me some of that.

I'm to lazy to cook good food for myself, too poor to buy good food for myself, both of which are necessary to have the energy I should, and used to, have. So when I have to work my 10 or 11 hour shifts, i'll drink an energy drink or 2. All it does for me (and most people) is give you a good 20 minute spurt of energy, and then leave you just as tired or more-so as you were before consumption. However, I once did drink 6 "Rip It's" (the 99 cent ones) in about as many hours, and that seriously messed me up. Yeah, I'm the model American. Too lazy to help myself, too poor to have someone else help me out.
I'll trade you this delicious doorstop for your crummy old danish.
                                Done, and done.
