    Spelling Contestant does Napoleon Dynamite Impression.

    During the Nation Spelling Bee yesterday, contestant Dominic Ranz Ebarle Errazo blurted out in his best Napoleon Dynamite voice: "Do the chickens have large talons?" before spelling his word. The knowing kids in the audience laughed, but the adults were puzzled. The TV commentator later said something like, "Is that a secret message?."

    It would have been funnier if the word had something to do with chickens.

          Heh, that was on Sportscenter a coupla days ago. The kid actually did a decent impression, in my opinion.

              Good voice impersonation (sp), but one of my friends does a better one cuz he looks just like him.

                              this was dumb. any kid can jump in front of a camera any time and shout a stupid annoying phrase that has nothing to do with anything going on, and get attention. what a country.

                                      Besides the fact it was a national spelling bee where thousands of people were watching.
