    I haven't went to the last 2 meets (went up north and homework) but so far, we've won all our meets. My best 100 is like 14.2 or something like that. I usually finish last though. I hate the last stretch on the 400 X(

      Meh, I ran Saturday and we got 5th in the 4x800, 5th in the 4x100, and got 5th in the 4x400. Yippee.

        Qreepy, two ways to inporve is just to run a lot, and workout, such as a squat rack.

            Well I'm in track also. Our record is 6 wins and 0 loses. We just had a meet today and we have one tomarrow also. I am in 800m relay, 400m relay, and 200m hurdles. I usually do very good for all of them. My coach puts me in different events too, but those are the main ones that I'm in. Good luck to all your other track meets!

              I run close to 10 minutes in the 2mile. I would be faster, but I didn't train over the winter (injured).

              Last fall I was in the high 16 minute range for 5k cross country. I want to be in the 15:50s this coming fall.

              I would be on our 4x8 team, but I can't run sub-2. Our 4x8 team is under 8 minutes so if I wanted to be on it I'd have to run at least 1:59.

                The thing that you...do squats with? With the bar?

                I have actually never does those. What does it work? Hams on way down, Quads on way up?

                  Yes, the thing with the bar, greta for upper leg power, quads, calfs, hams.

                  On a side note, my team won our championship today, 9-0. My 4-1 fesh soph team ran a 48.2. And a kid on our team ran a 48.1 400, which is 3rd in NY. Too bad he has no one looking at him, since he's a senior.

                    after eading all the times people posted i feel ashamed to post my time....well i run the mile at best 6:09, but im hoping to break six next week.....next week is the championship week so im hoping to end the season strong

                        In the 400 I ran a 51.8 one day at an invitational. For the 800 I ran a 2:07 during a regular track meet and for the 100 I think I ran a 10.6 but I'm not entirely sure about that one.

                              Are any of you that are on track going to the Michigan Mega League Championships? The date is the 21st of May. That would be cool if I could see some of you there! If some of you guys do go, I'm the team that is in the green jursey. They say Riverside 2005 Track and Feild. Then some stuff on the back. Well ttyl have fun guys! Good luck!
