    Another broken limb

On Wednesday of last week I was walking home and I always walk on this garden border that this guy has, so basically I tripped on a garden hose while walking on this thing and rolled down it and landed face first in gravel with rocks all lodged into my right arm, and my right arm was grinding into my left arm in the inside of the elbow. Now I cant raise my arm above my shoulders and I can't even extend it out all of the way.

I seriously didn't think I broke it but my mom kept pressuring me to go to the doctor, but I finally gave in and went. They got me X-rayed and put me in a splint with a sling.

So it hurts really bad and I have to type with my left arm about a foot above the keyboard, so its really hard to type, hence my posting status lately. So don't bash me about grammar and spelling mistakes.

I got this thing for ten days, I can't do PE and the WASL tests have been hard because I happen to be left handed. And if I am really unlucky I get a cast for another three weeks.

Obviously I can't play stepmania and CSS kills me (avg score 7 and 5 blah)

Well, see you all when this clears up.

You should sue the guy. You probably could- it's his duty as a homeowner to make sure his property is free of obstruction and dangerous objects. I did a mock trial on a similar subject once.

Let's break out my injury list.

Shatter elbow, surgery plus pins in my arm. Love football
Broken right ankle. Fell in a ditch.
Torn right hamstring. Sliding into 3rd base.
          Many broken toes or fingers.
Broken wrist. Chased foul baseball over fence, jumped it and ran on grass. The grass was wet. Guess the rest.
          Torn quad. Track
          Pulled groin. Fluffball, don't ask.

You should take calcium supplements or something. Oh, and can I be your lawyer when you sue the guy? I've seen enough on tv to win the case and I'll only ask for 70% of the settlement.
