I hate Corporations

Yeah so I brought in this jar to work that says "KwithH's DDR fund," just so I had a place to keep my quarters and whatnot. So my friend comes to me later and tells me "Oh the general manager deposited your DDR fund into the company bank account," so yeah, "It may have been construed as a 'slush fund,' " I'm thinking about confronting him about this, any thoughts on what I should do?

It was just a place for me to keep my quarters so I don't have to lug them around all the time.

if it was YOUR spare change then you need to bitch at him for stealing.. if it was other people tossing loose change in there.. i don't think you can do much.

Well, seriously, what am I supposed to do? It was like $7 in quarters, and he basically stole it from me.

Don't yell at him, but explain the situation to you manager. Ask why he did it, and work out an understanding.

The least you can do is pretend that those quarters in spare change were yours. And if they really WERE, then, even better!

Patiently explain it to your manager. PATIENCE is key. Be good natured, but firm and as authoratative as possible without overstepping your boundaries.

Good luck in getting your change back, or at least permission to keep the change jar around.

They WERE my quarters..........I"M GONNA KICK HIS ASS!!!!!!oneone1!!!! ^_^ nono, I can assure you I won't flip out on him, even though I want to. He's really been mean to us assistant managers though, like, he's better than us, when we do all of his duties. There are roughly 8 of us, and all of us want to walk out, sooooo, lol. Nah, anyways I'm about to go to work, I'll let you know of the results.

lolomgfunnny, the general manager is avoiding me, lololol. I didn't get to talk to him because he was always away when I came down after a set in the projection booth, but around when I was in the middle of a set I never got to talk to him. Oh well, I'm screening The Ring 2 tonight and I KNOW he's gonna be there, I'll chase him down if I have to, lol. But rest assured I'm not going to do anything stupid.
