Continually type in other porn sites in the address bar until the original porn site is forced below the maximum.

You usually can delete history and address bars by going to options in tools.

Stay off those sites.

You almost certainly do.

Press Ctrl+H while in your browser. Organize it by day, if it is nopt already (you'll see what I mean). Then, right-click on each of the folders, and select "delete". If it asks you if you really want to delete, say "yes". Press Ctrl+H again, and voila.

You could also clear your cache.

There's a difference.

IE/Tools/Options/Clear History.

OR: C:/Program Files/Internet Exporer. Delete this and get Firefox.
