I just recently made one of my best purchases ever, and it was on a membership. What kind of membership you may be wondering? A membership into ESEA. I bought the 6 month membership for a mere 32 dollars. What do I get with this membership? Well, first off let me explain what the membership is of. Basically, ESEA (short for E-sports entertainment association) is a counter-strike based community. There are 2 types of memberships, a regular membership which is free, and a Premium membership which is what I got. With the free membership you can.. post on the forums. That's about it. With the Premium membership, you have complete access to ESEA's servers 24/7, which range from CSDM servers to Aim servers. To give you an idea of the greatness of these servers, here's a list of all of them that I can go on whenever I want.

Texas Pug 3 (CS:S) LOH de_dust2 0/16
those are all the servers I can go to, and everyone gives me great ping. In addition, only premium members can play on them, and most people there are Cal Main+ skill. If you are decent at CS, you will MAYBE break even in the servers. (1:1 ratio kill/death) Also, every time a Cal-I or CPL player goes to pub, they play on the ESEA servers because they are all sponsored by them. Therefor, I play with Cal - i players every single time I go onto these servers. People you guys might recognize that I've played with are Rambo and Ksharp from 3D, fRoD from coL, and some people from blindside. I've had this membership for 2 days, and already am getting a lot out of it. There is an amazing pug system (which stands for pick up game) where you join the server, join a team, and once 10 people are in it automatically lo3's (starts the scrim) At half, it automatically switches you to the other team and when everyone types .ready it Lo3's again.
One of the other main features of ESEA premium membership is access to every single Cal - I demo, HLTV video, and Interviews there are out now. Most of these are only accessable by Premium members of ESEA, meaning they are not on the web at any other place. With the demos come CS movies and config's of every single premium member, including the Cal I players. Also, you can enter tournaments and leagues set up by ESEA while no one else can. Another aspect of this membership is the lessons system. Select Cal I players are asked to do lessons for less experienced players. This is a great way to get better if you are just starting out, or need help with certain things, like gun recoil or how to win 1v1's 1v2's etc. This is a great purchase and if you are into cs the least bit I would recommend buying this.
