Yea, back on topic,...

I fuct my back a while back,

I jumped on my trampoline almost daily, for long periods of time, jumping off, and some times falling, but I think the biggest thing was I jumped to dodge a ball whilst playing dodge ball(gasp), and the ball landed under me and stopped-it was a very large, voit type ball mind you- , and I hurt my back on it, and was in quite intensive pain for quite a while,... I still get back pain every once in a while.. enough about me...
