Similar to what Squeek did when he turned a year old, I'm going to thank you people for getting me to 1000 posts. It was a hard job but you pulled it off.
Chardish- There's a reason they call you the voice of reason. Of all the people and, dare I say, friends I've met on FFR you've got to be the one with the most conflicting views from me. Ironically enough, you've got to be the most fun to argue with out of the other people. You, sir, have been a joy to spend time with.
Guido- My spellchecker. You've pointed out grammatical errors in my work almost as often as Squeek. Can't forget that you're the perfect combination of brains and looks (He's a keeper, Panda). You're the only reg in CT that lives less than an hour away. One of these days we'll meet. Maybe if I go to SMU... Until then, running for President with you was a blast. I can only hope that I won't lose contact with you people after I graduate.
Squeek- You're the biggest jerk I've ever met in my whole life. You use a twisted version of logic to get off with living alone and keeping yourself from human contact. This is what we call antisocial behavior. You're the only person I've ever met who can pull this off so it looks like you're a genius. The king of grammar himself. I've spent many hours listening to your rants and gleaning ideas from them. If anything, you're the source of inspiration I use in many posts.
Flypie- You may not be the oldest, brightest, or most consistant poster on the block but you sure have been good to me. Having known you more personally than almost all of the other posters I've always considered you a close friend. Joking around with you is always a fun thing to do when I get home.
Tass+Whorli- You two are absolutely hilarious. In between rants, being jackasses, and just plain knowledgable posting you guys have quite a horde of angry people behind you. I recommend running fast. Tass, you share my love of economics. Whorli, you share my adoration of Douglas Adams. If only you both shared those interests.
Alain- Ok, so I've known you a solid two weeks now. You are just plain fun to talk with. We only really talk online, but every so often you hit off a fun economics discussion. In general, you've spent loads of time trying to teach me to think in much more simpler terms. Thanks.
Eyespew- Look, you're from Chicago. You get enough cool points as is from that. In fact, we probably played with each other at Bixler Park. Next time I stop by I'll drop by your place. You, sir, will make a great economist one day. When that day comes I'll use you to get a better job. You're very welcome.
Panda- How you manage to join FFR, force your way into the clique of regs and also gain my respect as an intelligent poster within 10 posts is beyond me. You're truely amazing. The best part is that you joined all because of Guido. You move your little rear down here quick. I need to throw that houseparty sometime.
Jursey- You're one of the girls who is cute, funny, and clever at the same time. Sure, you may lack a certain level of guy funniness but that's to be expected. That wit will get you far someday...maybe to the next county's prison. Don't worry, I'm sure I'd be able to get some bail together for you.
A special thanks to all the staff. You've helped to create a welcoming environment from the beginning. LD, Jewpin and Chardish have got to be the best bunch of guys on the staff when it comes to user problems. A huge thanks to Synth for making the site itself.
