The Jimi Hendrix Pepsi one is great. It made me think "Oh, there MUST be a God."

Then I realized "Pepsi sucks" and went back to laughing and listening to accordian music anyway. TMBG rocks it all!

Yup, super bowl 3, Broadway Joe guranteess victory over Johnny U and the Baltimore Colts. 18 1/2 point underdogs, and they come through, the original gurantee. Namath was decent during his day, and that's all I care, forgot his acohol problem.

Struggling I think not. I'm not sure what year it was, I think '97 or '98?, the jets, under parcells, reach the afc championship game, only to lose to denver. They won the division in 2002, and have been in the playoffs in the past 3 of 4 years. Last year was bull because pennington was out.

Reasons why the Eagles lost:
1.Could not establish a decent running attack. Pats line shut down westbrook, making the eagles one-dimensional.
2. Mcnabb was 30-50. 50 pass attempts is far too much, hence my reasoning in 1.
3. Defense didn't rush Brady enough, they started to in the beginning of the game, and it worked, as the patriots couldn't get anything going, and then stopped.
4. They didn't give it to T.O more. I know he was hurt, but the played excellent.
5. Poor clock management- During the last 5 minutes, the Eagles were down by 10, and werte taking their time. Even when they got under 2 min, they keep going back to the huddle. They needed a sense of urgancy.

The biggest reason why the Eagles lost is simple. The patriots are just a better team overall. More disciplined, though, I think they had more penalties that game; and are a better executing team. So, while the Eagles will be good for years to come, so will the pats(but not good enough the get the division .

"My" team sucks and I know it. That wasn't the point.

The point was that I think football is a highly overrated sport that has far too much support for the lack of interest that entails.

I mean, when the main draw of a sporting event is the commercials that appear within the game, you know it's kinda sad.
