Huge problem

I wasn't sure which forum to put this in, so I put it in the one that I know a lot of people read. Currently I'm typing this while my monitor is flipped on its side, since this is the only way I can look at it properly. Bacisally everything on my monitor is being displayed rotated 90 degrees. It goes back to normal when I run a full-screen program, only to once again flip itself once I exit that program. I have rebooted my computer already, but to no effect. If anyone reading this knows how to fix this problem, help would be greatly appreciated. (If it matters, I run Windows XP)

well, I got it fixed. Thanks to those who were planning on answering me. Little trinket of knowledge: if the same problem happens to you, hit <ctrl><alt>up to change it back. Hitting another arrow key will shift it in a different direction/
