    An interesting snack to make

My dad saw these made and decided to make some himself. Now they've become like, an every year tradition. People love them, and they're pretty nifty. Now I will show you, with pictures, how to make:

    Chocolate Cherry Mice

    You'll need:

    -Chocolate to melt
    -Hershey Kisses
    -Cherries (with stems)
    -Almond slivers
-Icing of some sort and a thing to dot it with

First you need to get all the ingredients and have them ready. The chocolate can be melting while you get things ready. Our cherries came in a little bottle and had goo on them, so we had to dry them off. You may have to as well. Now, unwrap some Kisses and get a cherry ready.

    (Here's our setup)

Dip the cherry into the chocolate, making sure it is completely covered. Now, take a Kiss and place it on the cherry, opposite the stem, to give your mouse a head. Then you can place the mouse on something and grab a couple of almond slivers.

    (Dipping and applying the Kiss)

Stick 2 almond slivers in between the cherry and Kiss. Have them stick out some like ears. You may want to dip them in chocolate first if they don't stay put. Now, you can repeat this until you have several mice.

Next, you put on the eyes. For this, use some icing of any color. Simply place 2 dots for the eyes. When we do mice, we save this part for last and do all the eyes at once, and we usually use several different colors.

(Applying the eyes. You can see the melting chocolate in the first picture)

The finished product should look like this:

Thanks to ImageShack for Free Image Hosting.
Thanks to my dad for allowing me to take pictures and for making the mice.

Now, go get your parents and show them this cool little snack and maybe have them make some for you.
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

      That's awesome.

Do you, by chance, remove cherry pits?

Btw, if you look in that first picture (of the whole setup), in the back right corner of the counter there are several tubs. Inside are various other goodies we make every winter. We dip pretzels in white chocolate, make several different kinds of cookies, and things called Jets that are peanut butter balls covered in chocolate (like Reese's Cups, only LOTS better). We go all out with the Christmas candies.

Freak83, the bark coating can be seen in the last picture on the coating. As you can tell by the packaging, you can get it at Kroger. I don't know what kind of stuff that would cost, though. I don't actually make any of it, I just watch and fetch things when told to. :P

And Qreepy, we call them Jets. We've called them Jets since forever. I dunno where we got the recipe or anything, but whatever. It's not just peanut butter dipped in chocolate, for the record. It's some sort of a mixture so that it's like the stuff in a Reese's, but it's all home-made.
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
