Strange thing with bemani happened today.


I got an email from then entitiled "[email protected]" description was "y4hoo.net!!!!!"

here was the text "The following is an email sent to you by an administrator of "Bemanistyle". If this message
is spam, contains abusive or other comments you find offensive please contact the webmaster
of the board at the following address:

[email protected]

Include this full email (particularly the headers).

Message sent to you follows:

the second one was also entitiled "[email protected]" descript was "NOTICE: Disregard previous email"

EST with a website as it's header. Bemanistyle does not condone nor does it support any sites

So I was just wondering. Whats up with bemanistyle? Were they hacked or what?

Yes, they posted that they were hacked.

Anyone who received a spam e-mail yesterday or today, it was from a hacker who got into our system and changed a few things around through a hole in the security here. It's been taken care of, and the problem has been solved, so please disregard any spam e-mail from the bemanistyle forums as it wasn't sent by any of the staff here.
