Real or Aritifical

This is for those who celebrate Christmas.

Do you go and cut down a real tree or do you just set up and artificial one? As for me, my family goes out to this tree farm every year and we cut down a tree. It has sorta become a family tradition.

For us, it's too much of a hassle to get a real tree. The mess, having to water it, and bugs/other animals in them just is too much work for no reason. We put up an artificial tree.

Artificial. My sister and I are quite allergic to real ones. That and artificial ones are much easier to deal with.

Artificial because the one we have takes about 15 minutes to set up. We've been asked about 5 times where we went to chop it down, as well. 8)

Real! I support the tree market. If I cut down said trees, that means more trees are planted next year. It also puts more money into the system more often. I get the money back through other things eventually.

You know me. I <3 economics. I <3 my economic choice to not only support mother nature (causing more trees to grow) but the market!

As for cats. I had two for a while. They both died. One was Chairman Mao. She ran the house. The other was Opus. He was black, white, and very stupid. Opus befriended all of our trees and then stole their water. Shortly afterward he'd puke his little guts out all over the tree skirt. It was a ritual for him. Poor little guy. Mao just slapped stuff and glared at us. Damn communist.
