    Winamp Screenshot?

Ugh this is bugging me and I'm hoping one of you genious's here will be able to help me out. When I take a screenshot of a movie in Winamp I just get a blank screen instead of what was playing on the screen at the time. What I'm trying to get here is a scene from Naruto 109 which I want to use as my desktop background. Solution?

    RE: Winamp Screenshot?

You can't take a SS of the video, because there is copyright protection on it

You have to get a program that allows screen shots from within the proggie.

VirtualDub will let you take screens while playing the video.. find that.

        RE: Winamp Screenshot?

This is not a copyright issue, this is the fact that Winamp Video works directly on the video buffer instead of going through Windows first.

        It's simple enough to fix.

Go into preferences > video and turn off "Allow hardware video overlay." Take your screenshot.

I have this problem too except I have Real Media player, because it's the only thing I have that can play the file type my Bleach episodes are in (.vbr). Does anyone now how to fix this in Real Media Player?

Goldensun -> vbr? There's AVIs out there...

Also, to do the same in Windows Media Player, Tools -> Options -> Performance -> Advanced -> Uncheck "Use Overlays".
