No, it's still going to suck.

Not true. In case you haven't been able to tell, Star Wars is really awesome when it's dealing with evil and really crappy when it's dealing with the good guys. Look how much Ep5 rocked, because it was all about the Empire being evil. And Ep6's scenes with Luke/Vader/Emperor were among the best in the trilogy, but the Ewoks sucked. Ep1 sucked the whole time cause it was all about the good guys, and Ep2 was better because there were lots of evil plots at work.

Episode 3 is about a cocky, angst-ridden teenager turning into the most evil mo-fo in cinematic history. It should be cool.

Sorry, I'm a bit doubtful of that. Did you see episode two(I mean, obviously you did, but you know...)? He takes his dead mom up in his arms, starts greiving, and then his face turns all mean and kills everyone.

I can see the exact thing happening, except his wife dies, and when his face goes mean, he says something like "This is Obi-Wan's fault!"

The Special fx in the newer episodes sucked. It was better back in the day.

I am basing my "not going to see it" on the poster alone. That has to be one of the worst posters for a movie I have ever seen.

Lucas has yet to disappoint me when it comes to the creative advertisements; this one with Anakin's cape and Vader's mask. I hope that they get their acts together for this one, as I was really disappointed with 1 and 2 (don't even own 2).

I have some faith in this movie. I will like the CG, even if it is stylistically...off-color.

The previous two movies were not too great. Viewable, certainly.


Oh, and does Jar-Jar not talk in this one?

Yea, Ep1 and Ep2 were sweet, all of you OT dick riders can just suck it up... Ep3 is going to be awesome, and there is no doubt about it... My brother had a membership to hyperspace, before it became a fan club and it was all about live webcam feed to the set, where they were shooting parts of Ep3. He got a lot of news and pictures from there and nothing they have done, that I have seen, would stop me from going to see this movie atleast 3 times.. That picture really doesn't look that bad.. but it's not as sweet as they should of made it look.
