                          The only problem this could bring forth would be extraneous thought patterns ruining your gameplay.

                          However, response time would be 0.000000000ms as opposed to 0.15ms, which is the norm nowadays. That's really awesome.

                                      Actually, they hook into individual neurons that just do one task (listen to one instrument, to use their analogy), so as long as two synapses aren't crossed, I don't see why other thoughts could affect the game at all.
