The restaurant had been suffering financially since I started working there. (about half a year ago). It had been open for over 25 years so long time employees are devistated. Not to mention the owner who's put in 25 years of work since he started it. But changing times, society demands change, a little wasted food here, a broken plate or two there. No more free parking outside and customers would have to pay if the main lot was full. It all added up, right to the end. Right now we can't even get our last cheque unless he manages to sell the place.
losing a job is never fun but that is quite a unique way to lose it. Better start hittin the streets to find a new income. I drove down to see my friend the other day and it turns out he got arrested. Quite a day for nasty surprises.
Sorry freak, but these things happen, the mean circle of life.
Someone needs to watch Lion King again.
I am sorry that you lost your job, however now you have a lot more time to do things like ride bikes and build that Lego set you never got around to doing.
