Alright.. I can't get the quality any better than this.. Im using premier and I tried all the different Compression methods and they all turn out the same way.. but the video itself is flawless in quality.. so I don't know what the hell is going on..

Goto the search field and type "Ong bak"
there is only one version, so get that one....
Then download something called a "bs player", this will let you see the subtitles while the movie is playing
