I've been reading a couple peoples posts and i saw that some people have said they are at cross country practice and stuff.. i was wondering who all does cross country? i do.. and i kill you allllllllllllllll.

i do cross sofa... where i get up, to go the bathroom, come back, and sit on the other end of the sofa to continue watching tv.

But I run sometimes. And im pretty fast and can run about 10 miles without breaks/dieing/heart attack.

I find DDR better for you than running. Really helps with Snowboarding. *Looks outside, shoots the sun* SNOW, NOW.

and you can't tell unless you measure it. everyones domanant arm should be bigger than the other anyway unless you don't do anything.
