its feels so freaking weird...lie down on the ground, hands facing forward with your palms facing the ground, then have someone pull you up by your arms, making your back bend upwards...after that, let your head drop forward and close your eyes, after 30 seconds have passed, have the person slowly lower your hands to the ground, SLOOOWLLLYYY, i swear to god it has got to be one of the weirdest feelings in the world, i've been doing this with my friends all day and i dont get tired lol.

If it does what I'm thinking of, you can do the same thing by laying on your back and having friends pick you up by your ankles so that just your shoulders are touching the ground. Hold that for thirty seconds to a minute, then lay on your back with your legs still in the air, close your eyes, and have them lower your feet slowly. Tell them when you think your feet are just about to hit the ground, and have it feel really weird when they keep going.
