All award shows are crap. They need an official award show for Video Games and anime. This, I would watch.

Or, award shows where it's not drawn out drivel and the people winning it actually accomplished something. Like, the award for stupidest person in the world. Or the smartest person in the world (me).

TV / Movie / Music / Music Video / Sports / Play awards shows are really bad. The choices always suck and the winner always is the worst of the choices. Nobody on these shows has any taste.

They already had a video game award show. It was on the "first network for men".. They only gave out awards to popular games rather than games that deserved it. The whole list of games/winners was really fucked up. It was as shitty as the other award shows.

Awards over movies is one thing. Video Games is something else.

G4 had G-Phoria, the gayest shit you've ever seen. And Spike TV's video game awards were no better.

The only video game award show that has ever gotten it right is X-Play, in a special "Games of the Year" episode. It was great.

God, G4 is like a goddamn leech. The only reason theyre still alive is because now they leech off all the success of X-Play. They don't even promote their own shows now. It's, like, 4:00PM and theyre running commercials for X-Play that starts at 10:00PM. Constantly.
