Dells are a good value if you're buying a lower-range model. Their gaming systems are stupidly overpriced, though. I mean, $4300 for a P4 system without even a RAID setup? WTF?

I just got a high-end gaming system from Dell a month ago for 1,300. This would include dual monitor, 5.1 surround, 3.0 p4 HT, Radeon X300, SBAudigy 2, and 1gb DDR2 ram with an SATA 160gb HDD.

Where are you getting $4,300? The most expensive I could ever make something there was a 12ghz 4gb ram machine for 8,000.

Yeah like 20 seconds after I posted someone picked up the phone and she was all nice. I have to send it to them today and they're going to replace all of the parts. She told me to take the hard drive out and luckily it wasn't wet, and when I get it back im just going to put the harddrive back in.
