frame drop everytime i load into a level

my frames were fine yesterday, the day before etc, idk if its my laptop or something else but its only happening today. its not a bad drop but its noticeable enough as to where it messes me up.
if anyone has any quick and easy fixes id appreciate it.

I usually forward people to this list of fixes in chronological order for frame drops, lag, stuttering, etc.

If the issue still persists beyond that list, then it might be something much more complicated that would need a delicate look at.
