Re: What's the story behind your username?
Mine dates all the way back to 2010/2011 I don't remember exactly
In those days the other kids in my class pressured me to play a game called Transformice. First username that came to my mind was Skullabc cuz it had "skull" which 9 year old me thought was a cool english name back then (my first language is french). Now I just think, eh it's a username.
But then I stopped playing the game for a year and played Minecraft Classic with the old game servers like lava survival, zombie survival, CTF, all that. However, I made a typo and it became Skullbac, which despite it being a typo I guess I stuck with it.
So that's why I still use Skullbac to this day.File's bad cuz I'm badComment

Re: What's the story behind your username?
I created this username to use on the official Nintendo NSider forums around 2004 (before the Nintendo DS came out). It was the first online community I joined and it helped me learn how to speak English. I was a huge Nintendo fanboy at the time and I vividly remember throwing a tantrum about people who thought the PSP was better than the DS.
When Nintendo flopped with the Wii U, I saw the light and stopped being a Nintendo fanboy. I then wanted to change my online identity into something cool and timeless, something like "barfood". Nowadays, I'm actually glad I still wear this username, because of all the personal legacy I have attached to it. I'm neutral towards Nintendo as a company. I'm still MarioNintendo on a few forums, but I now use "felleg" when I join a new community.Last edited by MarioNintendo; 01-25-2023, 08:51 PM.Comment

Re: What's the story behind your username?
It was my Runescape username.
I originally had another name on there, then my account was banned for "imitating staff"; when my father contested it with them it turns out my username (that I'd used on everything to that point) was too close to a staff members name so they'd assumed that I'd done that deliberately to imitate them.
When I needed to make a new username I just started running through daft sounding words and phrases. I tried Diddleysquat but that was taken, so then I tried modifying it to Diddleysquint but that was one character too many... and thus Diddleysquin was born.Diddley. Check. Sean. Call me what ya want, I'm still the same guy.Comment
