are yall actually trying to collect the gems.. or just completing the lv's?... because collecting the gems gives the lv's there difficulty.. the levels themselves are pretty much jump throughs..

3-3 sucks, because the game hasn't sufficiently drilled you in wall jumping by the time you get there.
By the way, if you think thats a lot of deaths, I never beat 9-2 in close to 800 tries. I would have, but my computer always lagged in spots that would kill me. I finally decided to screw it, and downloaded a savestate and beat all the levels afterwards. Nothing after 9-2 is really that hard at all.
The unlockable levels are pretty hard though - there are a few I couldn't be bothered to beat, since they get so retarded at points (the very last wall jump you have to pull off in 11-5 is quite possibly the most retarded thing I have ever seen).
