He passed on April 5th due to heart failure at the age of 31. This was confirmed by the band Hitorie in their website: https://www.hitorie.jp/news/#505751

When I heard this I was actually pretty heartbroken. This guy was one of my favourite Vocaloid-P musicians back then.
