Why do I sometimes feel ugly?

I don't know why, but sometimes I just feel like garbage.

I feel beautiful a lot, espiecally when I'm presenting female, but there's just some days where I'm not feeling it. I'ts not even from bullying or anything like that, it's just my body refuses to be happy.

Maybe it's anxiety, in fact, that's probably a very likely reason, I just don't know for sure. The world seems to be bipolar, sometimes everyoen hates me for being trans and says that I look like shit, other days, people say I look hot and they like me.

I don't know. I WANT THE TRUTH.!

Well I mean, if you make a thread specifically saying you feel ugly and someone says you are.

I think every single person has those days

you see people at the top of whatever they're doing, just when they do something wrong or when they're feeling down on themselves say something like "I am the worst at Stepmania" "I can't believe how ugly my [insert thing or things] makes me look" when actually they're really good at whatever they're doing

its just how humans are sometimes

you're going to have days where you feel ugly, regardless of all else.

I kind of know the inevitable "I'm feeling down" days will come every once in a while, I just don't get why they are always so sad when they do happen.
