Perhaps he had no recollection of his previous 106 posts, and therefore, claimed his 107th post as his 1st post. Common error. No sign that he edited the OP, so the error continues to exist.

hmm. Very interesting.. To treat this as a two-man case rather than one.

Hopefully you have proof that you can provide to the court to confirm these suspicions? Otherwise, the obvious answer is the obvious error that he made in his obvious OP post. I doubt there's anything noteworthy in his site history that would be unforgettable with only 106 prior posts, or proof that the account he is using is a shared account.
