    Which keyboard should I get?

So I have been using a Cosair Strafe with cherry mx reds for the past 4 months or so but now i'm starting to get annoyed with the mushy feel, zero feedback (no tactical bump or click sound).

With the reds I have to bottom out every keystroke just to hear that "clack" sound or my timing will start to get way off. Also, my stamina runs out so fast from playing hard like that. So yeah, I was thinking of switching to browns.

Let me know if you guys have tried any of these keyboards or just have any advice/suggestions on what brown switch kb I should get. Thanks!

I'm not familiar with many brands: I use a WASD keyboard (which is MX red), but this is overpriced due to ability to custom design.

I have used a leopold keyboard once and absolutely LOVED it. It's super compact. It might be more expensive than those you listed. These look like valid picks, but I sadly know nothing about them (I only heard of daskeyboard, but never tried them).

I found out that I like blue keys, but they are way too loud to be useable in a shared home. I hate brown keys as well because, to me, it feels like you have food stuck under your key. I was super hyped about them before buying my reds, but the tactile bump really isn't for me, so if you have a way to test the feel before spending $100 on a keyboard, I recommend you do so. Ca'nt you get used to not bottoming out your MX reds? That's what I do, and honestly I think that's as good as it gets: speed, no crummy feeling, and silence.

I've kinda been running into the same problem with my cherry red corsair. the mushiness is quite a bother, was considering ordering some O-rings before I buy a whole new keyboard. maybe that's worth looking into first?

If I had to pick one here I'd say "Das Keyboard". I tried it at Anime North and it's super light imo even compared to the other mechs.

There's also new keyboards with different switches than mech ones that are arguably even better, but I don't know them very well. I think some top players in osu are using them. I haven't heard of anyone in FFR\SM trying stuff like topre switches and the other one that I forgot its name.

get a keyboard with gateron browns. two of the top players use them and think that they are better than cherry browns. me and etienne use the magicforce 68 with gateron browns, which is quite cheap yet also very good. i believe etienne considers it to be the best feeling keyboard he has had, and i feel the same. mina also switched to gateron browns and pretty soon after had a fairly large skillboost.

i got it when it was on sale for like 80 bucks and its pretty good. modular switches are nice cuz if you break them you dont have to solder. you can just buy a pack of switches and keep popping them in
