    Yo,

I collected twisty puzzles far more than solving. That said, I practiced basic 3x3 solves for a few months when I was competing with my friend in middle school.

    PR: 27.03
    AVG: 40.27

Now? With an hour of warming up I could probably get it to a minute.

My best single is 27s but I average around 35. One day I'll try to learn true CFOP, but I'm not sure if I want to get much better than like sub 20 haha.
Only ones I know are bowtie, chameleon, sune, anti-sune, and for some reason the chameleon headlights combo.

IIRC headlights alg is j-a-c-k-e-d up and the double headlights one I basically just do with an extra 2 moves anyway ¯\_(ッ)_/¯

Im trying to 2fl but its pretty difficult atm. I love solving with the cross on the bottom. I started it last night and its wayyyy better.

I tried to learn F2L but dear god, there's no way I would be able to remember all those algz without going through 1K+ solves.

learn it intuitively instead of algorithmically. it will be easier to learn and all the cases will become muscle memory quickly anyway.

                          Wow, Rubik's cubes! c:

Well me, I just solve Rubik's cubes for fun. I have some 3x3 and 2x2.
I average 50 seconds on 3x3 and 15 seconds on 2x2 both using the beginner's and typical method taught to me by my friend.

Me and my friend have yet to learn the stuff you guys are talking about.

idk if I'm just really inefficient at turning, but idk how on earth people get sub 1 times with beginner method, let alone average them.

what cube do you have? if you have a rubik's brand or something you should get an actual speed cube, they will help your turning massively.

I probably just learned bad habits at the inception, which makes me slow AF I guess. I can still get 45-1:05 with 2look OLL/PLL
