I have 3 medium tubs (1800mls) of thickened cream in my fridge. What dessert should I make with it?

I made chocolate mousse last night. So I may resort to making lots of mousse, just because.

I might see what ingredients I have in my fridge and churn up some icecream. We've got lots of berries! The syrups here don't taste too great. :s

personally i love savory stuff so if i had leftover thickened cream i would use it for stuff like carbonara, pasta, curry, and various other things that include rice

Best way to use excess cream is to make chocolate ganache, then put it on everything

I've got more of a sweet tooth. Also, I had way too much pasta yesterday.

I reckon I'll go with a bit of everything. @Drizzle a key lime pie sounds good, and I'll add lots of vanilla and then

Will probably do a chocolate ganache too + cupcakes just because they're quick and easy and then I'll go out to

feed starving people so moms everywhere can finally shut up about their children being picky eaters.

If there's anymore leftover, I'll chug it in front of the starving people mentioned and record myself throwing up so you guys can watch.

Pretty much spent day baking haha.

I made a vanilla, pistachio and fig icecream which I will try tomorrow when it's set.

Also made a 'key lime pie' like drizzle suggested, it kinda turned into more of a tart cos I couldn't find a smaller pan. It tastes sooo good though.

Also baked vanilla cupcakes with chocolate ganache and sprinkles, plus lemon vanilla panna cotta but I'll upload that later. I have so much food for a party. You guys should all come hang.
