u cant go banning people just because u dont like them! and not all of his posts are bad. i've seen a few serious ones. i think he just tried to copy Moogy so he'd become popular, but when he realized it just made us hate him he slacked off a bit. give him a warning, maybe, but dont ban him. perhaps if he keeps it up after a warning u can ban him, but until then...no
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

Objection, your honor. Notice how the admin made a public thread asking the people of the forums if he should be banned. If COBOL gets banned, we, as a group of people, will ban him. Not one mod. And I'd say you are one of the few people that does not not like him.
Majority Rules, Biatch. I say give COBOL a chance to make a thread in which he apologizes to everyone, and if he refuses to do so, then IP ban him.
by u i meant u plurally. i can do that, u know. but still, banning people for hating them isnt right. i dont really know him, and some of the crap he's posted has been really stupid, but like Afrobean said, if we ban him for his actions we'd have to ban Moogy and a few other people, because COBOL is nowhere near as bad as them (not funny like them, either, but that doesnt matter. funny spam is still spam)
but yeah, give him a chance to apologize, at least.

Well, then we have difference in opinion. I find the fact that Moogy has +5000 posts not troublesome at all. And it's not like posting "asdf" should offend anyone. Good lord, it's just "asdf." COBOL, on the other hand, has less than 300 posts, and he's already made quite a reputation with negative and non-nice messages that should offend people.
But you seem to have a different view on this. Matter of opinion.
well, i'm not offended very easily. i've been offended by people gaying up my group drawing more than i've been offended by COBOL. in fact, the most offensive thing he's done to me was remove Dogbert from his avatar. Dogbert is the shizz, yo

Cobol and Moogy are losers who are trying to get noticed on the forums. And because they do not have anything worth even crap to contribute, they interfere with our conversation with phrases like "asdf".
Banning them would leave them with no motivation to continue living, and they could end up commiting suicide... using 1 of 2 methods.
1. Tickling the rear of an Elephant.
2. Consuming vast quantaties of laxatives.
...but so what.
Give them a chance to sharpen up, and stop goofing around. If they decide to continue, then ban.
i dont think Moogy himself knows. but hey, Moogy is amusing sometimes, which is more than we can say for some other postwhores.
and for the record, i wouldnt really miss COBOL, i just dont like the principle of banning people based on personal feelings. it sets a bad precedent.
