alright, so i'm trying to make a video of me playing DDR with Frontcam, and i keep trying different settings, but every time the video looks like poop. even when i make the quality terrible, the frame rate is always crap and u cant even tell that i'm hitting the arrows. u may see the arrow for one frame, but by the next frame 20 arrows have gone by. i'm just wondering what the optimal options would be to get the best looking video. and lag isnt a problem, my computer is a beast that can handle a whole friggin lot. i'll keep trying to tweak it, but if any of u know of perfect settings to use, please tell me.

Frontcam
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.
Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =OTags: None -
There's really nothing you can do. Frontcam is a piece of crap video recorder, but unfortunately, it's the best you'll be able to find out there for free. It's a huge system hog, and there's just nothing you can do. My 3000+ is lucky to record 15 fps when I'm playing Contra III windowed on my ZSNES, you have no chance with SM. -
dammit...oh well, it records FFR alright, so i made some funny lil videos. i'm finding a site to upload them and then i'll post them on the brag board. So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
