it's the kind of stuff you'd remember upon seeing it because it was really important at the time. Well, obviously to some people, at least. lol Alternatively you could look in TGB > Legendary Threads for some great reads.

Thanks, I hadn't thought of it that way. From my perspective, it would seem like most people forget these kinds of threads since many of us create threads to ban or encourage infractions upon other users.

The OP is something I messaged in a private chat back in 2013 concerning disrespectful attitudes in the batches, so copy-pasting this in the public is a bit of a slap in the face.

Oh sure, people will bring up "what about Dossar, he cheated and got banned and look at him" but that's because he worked to make amends. mi40 has yet to display any measure of repentance. I suspect half the reason you didn't come to the mods about this is that on some level, Choof, you think they're pushovers, and I'm inclined to agree. If they weren't, they would have banned his ass a long time ago.

Considering that mi40 just makes alts when he gets banned it doesn't do much. He also has many different IPs. The best punishment that staff did reasonably give is disqualifying him in the 9th official on the final round (and this issue was not made public until after the round ended). Even then that's his problem and not something to make public.

Although I don't entirely dislike his files, I do agree that this user likes to post garbage. I don't think I've ever seen him post a serious and helpful response before (unless it is to his own benefit). This guy is one of the most cynical forum users, and frankly a cheater in rhythm gaming. If he wasn't friends with some of the higher ups here I'm sure every account of his would have an IP ban. I don't wanna make anyone feel bad, but if you are gonna post like an ass, be prepared for criticism. A lot of people seek out communities on the Internet, and it's people like mi40 that ruin what could be a fairly important tool in a users life. Rant done; this thread is prolly a joke in itself, anyways.

completely agree, this was 100% unnecessary -- rehashing this is just blatant trolling and it's not going to be put up with. thread closed, and choof can go sit in the time-out corner.
