Why I hate this town

We have a close friend of ours moving out of town cause the city forgot to mail them the sewer assessment to them for the past 6 years, when the city put everyone on sewer and removed the septic tanks. Anyone that owned land had to fork over several thousand dollars for the work to the city and if not, forfeit their land. Since they can't come up with $2k out of nowhere, they're leaving.

Actually, in this act they're being quite competent in their exercise of power.... because the government is inefficient and not for the people.
