I feel like the best listening experience would be like, playing the actual song out speakers, while singing into a mic closer to you than the speakers.

Your vocals would be loudest and clear compared to the in-track vocals, and you'd still get background music and music during parts with no singing.

down for this, only thing is:

after every period, everyone (including ppl not man enough to submit they own entries) will choose their top 3 (or some other # depending on how many entries there are) favorite submissions as well as their top 3 least favorite
every period we will eliminate the bottom 2 UNLESS they were voted to be the top 3 as well (immunity bonus) or bottom 1 when/if we have few enough people

Idk, would it be possible to do that or just have each period be a separate game, so different people can join at different times? I feel like that would get more people involved.
